Who we are

At our practice, our therapists are committed to building a strong, empathetic relationship with each client, grounded in the core principles of person-centred therapy. We also incorporate Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), to offer an Integrative approach.

DBT provides clients with practical skills for emotional regulation, mindfulness, and building healthier relationships, whilst CBT helps individuals to challenge unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours, fostering positive change.
